1. The personal data that we collect so that we can provide our services and/or sell our products, are the following:

– Name;
– E-mail;
– Address;
– TAX ID number.

2. The personal data collected are the object of processing and stored in data bases, being strictly complied with the legislation in force relating to data protection and the rules relating to information security.

3. Only treat your data according to purpose or specific purposes and legitimate and determined at the time of collection of personal data.

D - How we collect your data

In the context of our activity we proceeded to the collection and processing of personal data when the user: (i) you register on our website; (ii) calls a contact and/or sending newsletters; (iii) subscribes to a particular service; (iv) provide or request an information; v) acquires a product; (vi) or establishes a contractual relationship with the Caetano.

E - With that purpose we treat your data

• Communication of changes to the terms and conditions for the provision of services contracted;

• Suitability of products and services to the needs and interests of the user;

F - How long will we keep your personal data

1. The period during which the data are stored and kept varies according to the purpose for which the information is treated. There are legal requirements which oblige us to conserve the data for a minimum period.

2. If there is no legal deadline of conservation, the data will be stored and kept only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivate their collection and subsequent treatment, after which they will have the appropriate treatment.

G - What are their rights as holder of personal data

1. In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR [Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016] we guarantee you the exercise of their rights:

3. We will answer in writing (including by electronic means) to your request within one month from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases of particular complexity, in that this deadline may be extended by up to two months.

4. If the applications are clearly unjustified or excessive, particularly due to its repetitive nature, the school reserves the right to charge administrative costs or refuse to comply with the request.

H - Communication of data to subcontracted entities

1. In the context of our activity, we may have recourse to subcontracted entities, for our account, proceed to the processing of their data, in accordance with the law and this Privacy Policy.

2. When this happens, take the appropriate measures, contractually foreseen, in order to ensure that these entities subcontractors, partners or in a group relationship, have sufficient guarantees and implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures and who will act only in accordance with our instructions.

The CAETANO reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. When this happens, the date of the last amendment, available at the top of this page is also updated. If the amendment is substantial, a notice will be placed on the website.

O - Applicable Law and Venue

1. The Privacy Policy, as well as the collection, treatment, or the transmission of user data, are governed by the provisions laid down in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and by the laws and regulations applicable in Portugal.

2. Any disputes arising from the validity, interpretation or execution of the Privacy Policy, or that are related to the collection, processing and transmission of User Data, should be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the District of Lisbon, without prejudice to the mandatory legal rules applicable.
